Schedule
- Working hours are usually between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
- Most weekday start times are around 9:30 AM — if you're able to start earlier, that's a bonus
- Flexible scheduling available
- We don't have a lot of weekend work, but availability is a bonus — we're specifically looking to fill a few weekend cleanings
- Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as the company expands
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed residential cleaning, including deep cleans and routine maintenance cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and reset each space with care
- Follow our detailed cleaning checklist and client notes
- Work independently or as part of a small team
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Help create the calm, fresh, welcoming environment our clients love coming home to

Prior residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or custodial experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- You must have your own car with reliable transportation — this is non-negotiable
- Ability to travel to multiple client homes throughout our service areas
- Ability to bend, lift, stand, and clean for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and respectful demeanor
