Your Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily care needs and routines
- Provide compassionate support and build meaningful connections
- Observe and report changes in resident condition

Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in MN
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Passion for working with seniors
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
