What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Green Lawn Fertilizing in your territory, meeting homeowners and educating them on how we can help improve their lawns. You’ll build trust, offer solutions, and close new service agreements—all while working outdoors and on the move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit 100 homes per day in assigned neighborhoods
  • Introducing and promoting Green Lawn and Green Pest Solutions services to potential customers
  • Educate homeowners on proper lawn care and pest control; recommend customized solutions
  • Accurately document customer interactions and leads
  • Hit sales targets and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating with a supportive, high-energy team
  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

Requirements:

  • Confidence to engage with homeowners face-to-face
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational ability
  • Team player with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to walk outdoors and work in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to pass background check, including criminal, motor vehicle record (MVR) and drug screening review
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday 11am–8pm and Saturdays 9am–2pm
