Job Description - Landscape Foreman:
- Project Foreman / Supervisor (Preferred) - Generally in-charge of 1-3 other teammates
- Operator (Lawn Cutting Machines / Ride Mowers / Weed Whackers & Trimming Equipment / Other Various Landscaping Machines; sometimes Skid Steers)

Welcome to Green Landscaping! Our business started in West Chester in 2010 and we have been proudly serving the community ever since. Our focus is on performing exceptional work and we are seeking out potential team members who have the same focus in mind.
Currently, we are looking for experienced landscapers with 3 years of experience- but are willing to work with and train less experienced workers as well. Whether you are an experienced landscaper or a new and highly motivated one – We are looking for the best candidates for our company. This includes individuals that take pride in their work, take responsibility for themselves and their actions, individuals that are highly self-motivated, disciplined, timely, and task oriented (this includes taking responsibility for a team of workers, the individual is leading). We are also extremely safety focused. It is vitally important that we employ individuals who practice safety every day and at every job.
Work requirements -- Employees need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This job most definitely will require workers to be mobile and be able to handle tasks like lifting, moving & utilizing/operating equipment, mulch, soil, etc.
We value working as a team. Some job sites may only need (1) employee; other projects/jobs require a full-team of 3-5 workers. Therefore, to perform some tasks will require teamwork to complete safely & on time. Being able to communicate & ask questions is extremely important. Communication is highly valued within the company.

Primary Tasks involved in Daily Jobs:
- Communicate with the office and update on job status on a regular basis
- Drive to & from job sites & be able to drive a truck.
- Be able to keep the Field Team on task and be able to boost efficiency.
- Overall, taking initiative with tasks provided and keeping Team morale high.
Additional Tasks required during Daily Jobs:
- Mulching & Seasonal Property Clean-Ups
- Mowing & Weed Whacking - Push-Mower/Being able to operate a larger Ride or Stand-On Mower.
- Weeding / Pruning / Trimming Shrubs
- Installing Trees, Shrubs and Plants.
- Tree Pruning & Full Tree Takedown & Removal
- Spreading gravel & or Laying Brick/Pavers/Stone
- Spreading & Grading soil & grass seeding / lawn fertilization & overseeding
- Leaf Clean Up; Gutter cleaning
- Winter Snow shoveling & snow plowing & Ice melt treatment spreading
- Holiday decorating & hanging lights; Power Washing & soft-washing
- Firewood splitting & stacking services; Firewood deliveries (mixed hardwoods, premium OAK stock, bonfire, custom orders)
- Drainage management

Job Types: Full-time (Prefered); with Part-time options available
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
