What you'll do:
As Lead Budtender you will:
-Be customer and sales-focused, providing high-quality customer service to each individual
-Budtend effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Be knowledgable on the products we offer
-Oversee sales floor and customer flow
-Receive incoming deliveries
-Assist management in product inventory
-Open and close the store
-Calculate and report daily sales goals and summaries
-Ensure budtenders operate within company policy and LCB compliance
-Report any staff issues to upper management when needed
-Collect, count, & reset cash tills, and other cash handling
-Handle customer concerns and report them to management when needed
Qualifications:
-Leadership/Management experience is highly preferred
-Customer service experience required
-Cash handling experience required
-Strong people skills and welcoming presence required
-Function well as part of a team required
-Function well in a fast paced environment required
-Flexible availability required
-Self-motivated and able to meet challenges head on required
-Pass a background check (excludes cannabis charges) required
-21 required
-Knowledge of i502 laws and LCB compliance is a plus
