What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs
- Recommend and sell service and maintenance work
- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the service process
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated
- Team player with strong follow-through
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
