Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, & LinkedIn, tailored to each platform's audience and style.
- Brand Voice: Maintain Green Kettle Coffee's brand voice and aesthetic in all content.
- Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities to showcase the shop’s personality and offerings.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the team to create and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal content, and special event marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, & LinkedIn.
- Strong creative skills, including photography, videography, and basic graphic design.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for coffee and an understanding of current trends in the coffee industry and social media.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in barista work is a plus but not required.
