YOUR ROLE
As the Morning Care Counselor you will supervise students in our Extended Day program, which provides before school care for our preschool and elementary school students. This position collaborates with our Enrichment Coordinator to create and maintain programs which seamlessly compliment the children’s experience in their Montessori and IB classrooms. We are a close-knit team, and value initiative, flexibility, and a can-do approach.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Supervise and care of the children’s daily needs (including assistance with bathrooming for young children)
- Implement the daily schedule
- Prepare and organize classroom materials
- Engage with children (playing games, helping with homework, arts and crafts, etc.)
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students at all times
- Supervise arrival
Requirements
- 1 year experience working with children ages 3-11 in a group setting (eg. classroom, camp, enrichment classes)
- Montessori classroom experience or training preferred but not required
- Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin a plus!
- Must be available to begin work at 7:30am M-F
- Must be fully authorized to work in the United States
Salary : $21 - $23
