ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relative to facilities maintenance, this Supervisor organizes, directs staff/contractors, and manages all aspects of preventative and repair maintenance activities for all buildings. Sets priorities and oversees in-house staff and all outside trades including: carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. It is expected that the departmental systems and processes will be reviewed and updated as necessary.
Supervision of Staff & Operational Responsibilities: Responsible for directing facilities staff and related employee team in the day-to-day maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure throughout the property. Actively participates in the daily work alongside the facilities staff.
Responsible for the installation, function and maintenance of the property's major equipment including and not limited to: elevators, generators, fire detection and suppression systems, kitchen ansul systems, mounted fire extinguishers, pool filters & pumps, backup generators, gas and electric hot water heaters, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and grease traps.
On a regular basis, inspects all buildings and infrastructure on property.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Advanced degree desired. Minimum ten years in similar role and operational complexity.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Trades Certificates, OSHA Training and Valid Driver's License.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
