Job Title: HVAC Technician
We are looking to fill a maintenance position for a cannabis company and are looking to hire the right person to perform maintenance duties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and instill the mission, vision values of the company.
- Audit Mechanical systems daily to ensure proper operation
- Perform Preventative maintenance as needed
- Coordinating with production team to ensure scheduled PMs meet deadlines and modifying as needed.
- Coordinating with 3rd party service providers to ensure repairs and maintenance issues are corrected in a timely manner
- Logging and reporting all maintenance items executed
- Inventory and management of all critical parts and backups
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Independently motivated
- Experience in HVAC systems preferred
- Experience with Electrical Systems
- General Plumbing Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Has experience prioritizing and delegating tasks.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong understanding of common grow room equipment including electrical systems, lights and light bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, air conditioners and dehumidifiers, and plumbing.
- A minimum of 1 years of maintenance experience required
- Flexible in work hours, but generally work hours are Monday-Friday
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work on ladders / scaffolding
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
