The Green House Cottages of Belle Meade is offering a new pay scale including a shift diff (2p-10p = $1.00)(10p-6a = $0.50). RN Job Description:
- Monitor patient health
- Administer routine health care activities
- Maintain and document patient records
- Communicate the status of patients with Doctors and other nurses
- Provide patients with medication as prescribed by Doctor
- Monitor vital signs
- Assess patient reactions to medications and treatments
