Hiring pay will be based on any current experience in mold remediation. Beginning pay rate with no experience is $35,000 per year with an increase in rate once online training, field training and certification is completed.

Responsibilities - Mold Remediation Technician
- Completing indoor air quality testing and providing solutions for poor air quality within Colorado: Conifer, Evergreen, Littleton, Centennial and Highlands Ranch areas.
- Mold mitigation, basement and crawl space encapsulation, HVAC cleaning, odor mitigation and allergen control in home and business environments
- Provide proper customer service and support
- Manage all testing, remediation and services to ensure proper processes.
- Effectively use CRM system after training to complete jobs properly and coordinate with the team and customers.
- Collaborate with team to find solutions and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
Qualifications & Skills - Mold Remediation Technician
- Pertinent technical degree or certification, and/or willingness to become certified in GHS offered courses and certifications:
- 1 week of online training
- On-the-job field training
- Online ACAC certification (approximately 1 week)
- Able to pass a standard background check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Safety minded while driving
- Awareness of health and safety issues
- Ability to adapt to work schedules and flexible shifts
- Excellent customer service, communication, time-management and self-management skills
Salary : $44,000 - $55,000
