Green Hills is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Part Time Receptionist , to join our team! This role is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, administrative tasks, providing information, directions, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, visitors, and vendors.

Part-Time Schedule:

Salary Range: $16.50/hour

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Manage a busy telephone switchboard
• Become knowledgeable about Green Hills to answer questions from residents and visitors
• Use Microsoft Office to perform various clerical tasks
• Make updates to the Green Hills app
• Make photocopies, sell postage, send faxes, and perform other administrative tasks
Submit work orders and assist with technology.

WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…

• Have experience working in an office setting.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
