Job Brief
Winslow's Kitchen | Bar | Range looking a responsible, committed, customer-oriented Range Lead on our driving range. Our range is equipped with Toptracer Range & Powertee technology.
Winslow's Kitchen, Bar & Range opened in Spring 2022 as a state-of-the-art driving range and entertainment experience. Our 16 covered, heated bays overlook Green Harbor Golf Club's 18 hole course. Food and beverages are served from inside of our clubhouse to patrons on the range. In 2023, Winslow's was awareded a national "Tracie" award for our events programming. We offer both walk-in and reservation service to customers. Range Leads act as leaders of driving range staff, customer service representatives and maintain all of the systems of the driving range.
Specifications
- 30-40 hours per week
- Perform regular maintenance of the Range Facility. Toptracer Range shot-tracking and Powertee auto-teeing systems
- Oversee reservation periods, including being able to process reservation fee transactions
- Act as a Food/Beverage server during high-volume periods
- Demonstrate patient, professional, and people-first customer service
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Applicants Must
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Own a smartphone
- Have strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to regularly lift and move boxes weighing 20 pounds
- Golf Industry, Supervisory and Serving experience is preferred

- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
