Field & Irrigation Technician

Position Summary

Green Gold Group is seeking a Field & Irrigation Technician to support daily cultivation operations in our indoor cultivation facility.

This position is responsible for monitoring/programing/troubleshooting irrigation systems, environmental conditions, plant performance, and facility operations. The technician will work directly with the General Manager to identify issues, collect and review data, troubleshoot problems, and help ensure cultivation standards are maintained throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound judgments based on environmental conditions, irrigation performance, and plant health.

Responsibilities

·         Monitor irrigation and fertigation systems.

·         Conduct daily room inspections and facility walkthroughs.

·         Monitor plant health, irrigation performance, substrate moisture levels, and EC.

·         Collect and record environmental and cultivation data.

·         Identify environmental, irrigation, equipment, and cultivation issues.

·         Troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective actions.

·         Review environmental trends and identify potential risks.

·         Report issues, concerns, and recommendations to management.

·         Maintain accurate records and documentation.

·         Assist with SOP compliance and operational projects.
