Duties
- Carefully trim and manicure cannabis buds using hand tools to enhance their visual appeal and quality
- Remove excess leaves, stems, and imperfections while preserving the plant’s integrity
- Inspect plants for proper maturity, health, and identification of pests or diseases
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with plant handling tasks such bucking and final manicure as as needed
- Organize trimmed product for packaging or further processing
- Support cultivation activities to ensure optimal plant growth conditions
Experience
- Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with indoor cultivation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during post harvest tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring and recording data accurately
- Enthusiasm for outdoor work with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
