Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Assist with event registration, check-in procedures, and guest inquiries
- Guide guests to designated areas, ensuring smooth flow of event activities
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions and resolving minor issues promptly
- Support catering and food service operations by bussing tables, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met during service
- Help manage event logistics, including setting up tables, distributing materials, and supporting overall event flow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly desirable
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Background in banquet service, catering, or restaurant environments is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Experience in hotel or coffee service enhances your ability to excel in this role
