Job description: Box Truck Driver for Recycling Company

We are a family owned and operated recycling company based in Longmont seeking the right person to be able to support our box-truck style pickup recycling routes.
The ideal candidate will have previous box truck driving experience, good work ethic, be strong (landscaping experience a plus), be able to pass a full back-ground check and have a good understanding of vehicles.
- Operate box trucks and various types of recycling vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials.
- Load and unload recycling materials carefully.
- Have Awesome Customer Service Attitude - This is a company CORE VALUE
- US Citizen
Best Candidate would have/be able to:
* Great Driving Record & non CDL (but huge bonus points if you have a current CDL)
* Lift 50 pounds easily repetitively
* Pass Full Background Check
* Bilingual a plus, not required
* Live in or near Longmont
* Like working with people, driving, and recycling
* Like making a difference in the environment
* Have a personal vehicle to get to work daily (not a shared vehicle)
We have a fast-paced energetic team driving routes with in and around Boulder, Larimer and Weld Counties. Our customers are amazing and fun to work with. We start at $22.50 for drivers the first 90 days, then give a bonus pay at 90 days and a raise immediately after training. We also offer company matched savings plans at 1 year.
