Green Giant Home & Commercial is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, creativity and ability to think outside the box.
The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel Worksheets for reporting
- Ad creation for social media
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text and in person

Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Good Attendance
- Must be able to work 9 am -5 pm
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Drug Test
Job Type: Full-time
