- Lead play-based learning using the HighScope curriculum.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.

Qualifications:
Who You Are
- A passionate, growth-minded educator who values child-led learning over cookie-cutter curriculum.
- Comfortable embracing “messy” moments as learning opportunities.
- A leader who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Skilled in teaching social-emotional growth alongside academics.
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (or working toward).
- Classroom experience and an understanding of play-based, nature-focused learning.
