Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll answer phones, support customers with their insurance needs, answer questions, process changes, and ensure every client feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

✅ Provide top-level customer service via phone, email, and in-person
✅ Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
✅ Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
✅ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
✅ Educate customers on insurance options and available products
✅ Help with renewals, follow-ups, and client communications

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
