Green Factor is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Sales Team.

For over 15 years, Green Factor has helped homeowners create more comfortable, healthier homes through solutions in insulation, roofing, radon mitigation, air quality, and home performance.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the center of our customer experience.

You are often the first voice customers hear and the person who keeps communication flowing between homeowners and our sales team.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, detail oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people find solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming calls across our service divisionsConducting outbound follow-up calls to customersManaging heavy phone and email communicationFollowing up on assessments and proposalsSupporting sales representatives and customersVerifying customer satisfaction and experienceMaintaining accurate records and notes

This is a fast-paced role with increasing responsibility over time.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

  • Green Factor operates in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls, scheduling, and follow-up tasks. How do you stay organized and manage multiple priorities?
  • Tell us about a time you took initiative to solve a customer problem without being asked. What was the outcome?
  • Follow-up is a critical part of this role. How do you handle situations where a customer is unresponsive?
  • Describe a time you handled a frustrated or upset customer. What steps did you take to resolve the situation?
  • If a customer is upset about something outside your control (such as pricing or scheduling delays), how would you handle the conversation?
  • What does exceptional customer service mean to you, and how do you deliver it in your day-to-day work?
  • This role requires working in multiple systems (CRM, scheduling, email, etc.). How comfortable are you learning and using new software?
  • This role involves frequent phone communication with homeowners. How would you describe your ability to build rapport and communicate clearly over the phone?

Work Location: In person

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
