What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Green Eggs Cafe?
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Something very ideal for someone looking to have their nights free. Great knife skills, eye for detail & speed are a must, as this is an upscale, brunch concept.
Please note- our location in Ocean City is seasonal. Our season begins in May and goes until middle September.
