We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for landscape maintenance, ensuring residential and commercial properties remain clean, healthy, and professionally maintained throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, weeding, and seasonal clean-ups.
- Plant, mulch, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape materials.
- Operate lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with lawn care services, including fertilizing and basic plant care.
- Keep equipment clean and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow company safety standards and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Provide quality workmanship and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is required.
- Experience operating landscaping equipment.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Experience with snow removal is a plus during the winter season.
