Job Summary
Green Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Spencer team. This is a full-time position, with specific workdays to be determined as we finalize our 2027 schedule.
Our practice provides a wide range of dentistry, from basic treatment appointments and restorative care to advanced procedures including dental implants and IV sedation. This is a great opportunity for an assistant to use the skills they already have while continuing to learn and grow.
We can train our systems, processes, and advanced workflows. We are looking for someone who brings solid assisting experience, a strong work ethic, dependability, initiative, and a solution-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide confident chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare patients, treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain an efficient clinical flow
- Take quality dental radiographs and clinical photographs
- Review health histories and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients and provide post-operative instructions
- Follow infection-control and sterilization protocols
- Turn over rooms efficiently and help keep the schedule running on time
- Maintain instruments, equipment, and clinical supplies
- Communicate effectively with doctors and the entire dental team
- Provide a professional, compassionate patient experience

You do not have to know everything we do on day one. For the right personality and experienced assistant, we are willing to train our systems, processes, and advanced clinical workflows.
