At Pine Ridge of Garfield, housekeeping is about more than keeping spaces clean. It helps residents feel comfortable, respected, and proud of the place they call home. We are looking for a thorough, dependable Housekeeper to care for resident apartments and the shared spaces that bring the community together.

This is a hands-on service role for someone who notices the details and takes ownership of the result. You will complete assigned cleaning, sanitizing, linen, and laundry tasks while protecting resident privacy, communicating concerns, and helping create a positive experience for residents, families, prospective residents, and visitors.

What you'll do

Resident apartment care. Clean and sanitize assigned apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, emptying trash, making beds, and providing linen service where applicable.

Welcoming shared spaces. Clean public restrooms, hallways, landings, dining areas, activity spaces, lobbies, elevators, model rooms, patios, and designated outdoor areas so the community remains inviting and well cared for.

Linen and laundry support. Remove linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets for laundering as needed. Load washers and dryers, fold sheets and towels, and neatly replace clean bedding and pillowcases.

Safe, organized routines. Use a cleaning cart to transport supplies, follow cleaning and sanitizing procedures, and keep tools and materials orderly and ready for use.

Resident-centered service. Interact with residents, family members, prospective residents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism while respecting privacy and personal space.

Awareness and communication. Promptly notify management of hazards, safety concerns, changes in resident status, or other situations that need attention.

Team reliability. Complete assigned work efficiently, support the community team, and take on other related duties as needed.
