SUMMARYThe Case Manager – CYF (CST) is responsible for the coordination of Green County’s Coordinated Services Team (CST) program under the supervision of the Children, Youth, and Families Supervisor. Responsibilities include developing the Agency’s CST Plan and Program Outcomes, Recruiting and Training CST Facilitators, completingassessments and determining program eligibility, facilitating Coordinated Services Teams, and providing other services within the Children, Youth and Families Unit as needed. This position works in conjunction with Case Workers and staff to coordinate services as necessary and to report child abuse/neglect concerns.
