Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms to maximize online visibility.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter through social media management tools and Facebook Advertising.
- Create engaging content including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings; utilize SEO tools and analytics to monitor performance.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, segment audiences, analyze engagement metrics with Google Analytics, and refine messaging for better conversion rates, as well as to capture positive reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance through HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website updates and data analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; analyze data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall digital marketing ROI.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM (Google AdWords), Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing strategies including paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools for email campaigns and lead nurturing processes using platforms such as SemRush, Landingi, ConstantContact and more.
- Strong copywriting skills combined with a keen eye for graphic design; ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies is a plus.
