Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Member Service Representative I/Teller at our Glenpool, OK location. The role involves assisting members with daily financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate transaction records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, promoting credit union products and services, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster lasting member relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist members and address inquiries.
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette, ensuring professional and courteous interaction with members via phone.
- Basic Computer Literacy skills, including experience with data entry and familiarity with financial systems.
- Knowledge or experience in cash handling, Finance or financial services, with an understanding of basic banking principles and practices.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in banking or customer service is a plus.
