Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at Green Connection. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of various landscapes, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and inviting. Your contributions will directly enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas to ensure they are healthy and visually appealing.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote growth.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for groundskeeping tasks.
- Assist with planting, transplanting, and caring for various plants as needed.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, reporting any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices and plant care techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
