What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to customers
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional and honest service
- Complete invoices, equipment documentation, service reports, and other job-related paperwork accurately
- Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and assigned inventory
- Follow company procedures and industry safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, office staff, customers, and other technicians
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of HVAC service experience
- Maryland HVAC Journeyman license
- Experience diagnosing and servicing light commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system problems
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to commute to Rosedale, Maryland
