Green Comfort Remodeling and Repair LLC is a growing remodeling and modular services company specializing in the remodeling, repair, setup, and transportation of mobile and modular units.
Founded in 2012, Green Comfort has continued to grow by focusing on quality work, reliability, safety, and strong service to our clients. We are a fast-paced, hands-on company looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong team.
We are currently hiring General Laborers to join our remodeling team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with hands-on work across a variety of remodeling and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general remodeling, construction, repair, and maintenance work.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled team members as needed.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Prepare and clean jobsites before, during, and after projects.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, demolition, and material handling.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company and jobsite safety requirements at all times.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and complete projects.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, remodeling, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment.
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Basic knowledge of jobsite safety practices.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
