We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join a team that feels like family.

No professional cleaning experience? No problem. We provide paid training and are looking for people with a GREAT ATTITUDE, STRONG WORK ETHIC, and the willingness to learn.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | Daytime shifts Availability needed within the 8:00 AM–6:00 PM window Schedules provided in advance, and if anything changes, we communicate early

A part-time position is approximately 20–25 hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and care for residential homes using eco-friendly products we provide
• Follow our quality checklists and processes to keep standards consistent at every job
• Work independently or with a partner depending on the route
• Represent Green Cleanville with friendliness, professionalism, and care
• Help maintain company vehicles, supplies, and equipment

Professional cleaning is fast-paced, physically demanding, and detail-oriented. Our team stays active all day: lifting, bending, scrubbing, and moving quickly between tasks. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a close-knit team, and taking real pride in the results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license (required for most routes)
• Valid work authorization (EAD or equivalent) - must be current at time of hire
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
