Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day service quality across our North Carolina accounts. This is a hands-on role, not a desk job. You will conduct site inspections, step in when team members call off, check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, perform cleaning tasks as needed, and handle equipment and supply deliveries across multiple locations. The ideal candidate takes ownership, communicates proactively, and holds themselves and others to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine quality inspections at client sites throughout North Carolina using established inspection protocols. Serve as a reliable fill-in when cleaning staff call off, ensuring uninterrupted service to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and responsive communication. Perform hands-on cleaning tasks including restroom sanitation, floor care, trash removal, dusting, and general facility maintenance. Coordinate and execute equipment and supply deliveries to job sites across the state. Document and report inspection findings, service issues, and client feedback to company leadership. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and company protocols. Support onboarding and training of new team members in the field. Travel throughout North Carolina as needed, sometimes on short notice.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial janitorial, facilities maintenance, or building services. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job sites and prioritize competing demands. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout North Carolina. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Floor care experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing) is a strong plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
