Background check and reliable transportation required. Must enjoy cleaning and have a good attitude.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Conduct sanitation tasks such as waste disposal, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and ensuring overall hygiene compliance
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning procedures
- Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, mops, and cleaning tools
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when needed
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
