Lawn Care Crew Member

We are seeking a Lawn Care Crew Member to maintain residential lawns, HOA communities, and mixed properties. This role performs routine lawn maintenance, seasonal care, equipment operation, and treatment applications while helping ensure each client’s property remains healthy and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and perform trimming and edging.
• Trim hedges and maintain overall landscape appearance.
• Apply fertilizers in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, aerators, and blowers.
• Perform seasonal lawn care tasks such as aerating, seeding, and dethatching.
• Identify and address pests, diseases, and soil deficiencies.
• Monitor irrigation systems and perform basic adjustments or maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with clients regarding landscaping needs and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
