Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and client expectations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Organize cleaning tasks based on priority and time constraints.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team when necessary.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to get to various job sites​
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person!​
