We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Account Executive to serve as the lead partner and strategic consultant for a portfolio of key law firm clients.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, have a proven track record of driving measurable client success, and thrive on operating as a strategic educator. As Account Executive, you will be responsible for defining and guiding client strategy, directly teaching clients about market trends, and ensuring our services drive tangible business growth.
This position requires confident leadership, sharp strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude toward leveraging innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic lead, managing the overall success, health, and retention of a dedicated client portfolio.
- Develop, articulate, and present advanced, multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the client's practice area and business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor and educator, actively teaching clients and talking strategy about complex digital marketing topics (SEO, Content, PPC, Social).
- Lead cross-functional project teams (SEO, Content, Social) to ensure deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and strategy is executed flawlessly.
- Proactively engage in learning and utilizing emerging AI tools and platforms to optimize internal workflows and enhance client campaign performance.
- Prepare and present detailed quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual strategic plans to senior law firm leadership.
Qualifications:
- College degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, agency account management, or strategic consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies for B2B or professional services.
- Proven capacity to act as a confident leader and educator when communicating complex strategies to clients.
- Active engagement in learning and leveraging AI and emerging technologies for marketing applications is essential.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and large-group presentation skills. Law firm, legal service, or B2B professional service knowledge is required.
