Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through significant jewelry purchases with confidence and care
- Cultivate lasting relationships built on trust, follow-up, and exceptional service
- Maintain deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry collections
- Support a refined showroom environment that reflects Green Brothers Jewelers' standards
- Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven sales culture
Qualifications
- 2 years of jewelry, fine jewelry, or luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Proven success in relationship-based or commission-driven selling
- Professional presence, strong communication, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Genuine passion for celebrating life’s most meaningful moments with clients

In-person position — Bay City, TX
Store Hours
Tuesday – Friday: 9:30AM to 5:30PM
Saturday: 9:30AM to 2:00PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed
