What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Green Bean Coffeehouse?
Green Bean Coffee House is looking to fill multiple positions in our shop. Our ideal candidate is humble, hungry & smart. They are punctual, hold strong communication skills, a problem solver, attentive to policy and procedures. Values hard work, moves quickly with intention and values the customer experience.
All employees are cross-trained between front of house and kitchen, and will work a variety of shifts between front of house and back of house. All employees are required to work at least one weekend day per week.
Looking for fulltime. Part-time availability is open as well - must be able to work at least one weekend day.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
