JOB SUMMARY:
The Green Bay Packers Broadcast & Game Presentation Department has an immediate opening for a part-time Broadcast and Game Presentation Associate, 20-29 hours per week. The associate will work with the team to assist with the preseason broadcast coordination, coordinate the radio broadcast paperwork, and manage the department’s administrative needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage department administrative needs.
- Assist with radio broadcast administrative needs.
- Assist with pre-season TV broadcast administrative needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least three to five years of experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Work well in a team setting as well as on their own with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
SUPERVISES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
