Commercial Lines Producer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, servicing existing clients, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating new commercial insurance leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conducting needs assessments and risk evaluations to develop customized insurance solutions for clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and managing policy renewals.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
• Collaborating with the account management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Be able to obtain your property and casualty insurance license within 3 months of employment
• Have a valid driver's license
