Essential Job Functions
- Provide tailored academic and behavioral support to students with special education needs.
- Develop and implement differentiated curriculum and instructional techniques to meet the varied learning levels of students.
- Manage and adapt plans as necessary to address evolving classroom dynamics.
- Collaborate with in-district and out-of-district service providers to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Complete Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Oversee and monitor student interventions, ensuring their effectiveness and appropriateness.
- Monitor, assess, and adjust educational programs and interventions throughout the school year.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Certification in Cross Categorical K-12 certification OR willingness to obtain.
