Overview

Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
- Perform manual labor such as demo, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies to support ongoing construction activities.
- Operate advanced tools and equipment including saws and scissor lifts.
- Assist lead carpenters, painters, and tile installers to complete jobs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the site by disposing of waste properly and organizing tools and materials for efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Respect for superintendents and job leads.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and STRONG attention to detail
- Understanding of carpentry, tile installation, and drywall.
- 2 years experience in the trades is required.
- Average of 6 months on the road in various states through the continental US. Travel truck, stay, and PER DM provided.
- Must be willing to work extended hours with no limit on overtime.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and to communicate with clients and Project Managers.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards or willingness to obtain training upon hire is preferred
- Reliable transportation to reach different job sites as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
