ABOUT GREEN ATTIC ROOFING
Green Attic Roofing is an established Chicagoland roofing company serving residential and commercial customers since 2009. We are hiring experienced Commercial Flat Roofers for full-time projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
PAY AND SCHEDULE
- $35–$42 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Start time around 6:00 AM
- Immediate start available
- Year-round work opportunities
- Projects throughout Chicagoland
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience working on commercial flat roofs
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, or similar systems
- TPO installation and heat-welding experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to perform tear-offs, roof preparation, membrane installation, flashing, drains, curbs, and penetrations
- Ability to work safely at heights
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of roofing work
- Reliable transportation to Schiller Park and Chicagoland jobsites
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and repair commercial flat-roof systems
- Perform tear-offs and prepare roof surfaces
- Install insulation, membranes, flashing, drains, curbs, and penetrations
- Perform TPO heat welding when qualified
- Identify leaks, damage, and installation problems
- Follow company and OSHA safety standards
- Keep the jobsite clean and organized
- Report delays, missing materials, and jobsite concerns immediately

RESPONSABILIDADES
- Instalar y reparar sistemas de techo plano comercial
- Realizar tear-offs y preparar superficies
- Instalar aislamiento, membranas, flashing, drenajes, curbs y penetraciones
- Realizar soldadura de TPO cuando esté calificado
- Identificar filtraciones, daños y problemas de instalación
- Seguir las normas de seguridad de OSHA y de la empresa
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
- Reportar retrasos, materiales faltantes o problemas en la obra inmediatamente
