This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in San Antonio, TX. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will assess and provide individualized therapy plans for children to improve their sensory, motor, and developmental skills. They will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Additional responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining compliance standards, and actively contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Pediatrics
- Strong skills in Sensory Integration and Early Intervention
- Experience working with children and a passion for helping them achieve their potential
- Ability to collaborate with families and colleagues to create successful therapy plans
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Preferred experience in a home health and/or clinic setting
