Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on multiple self storage facilities.
- Perform facility and ground maintenance tasks such as snow removal and lawncare.
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment and storage facilities.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects when necessary.
- Support Location Managers in the upkeep and general maintenance of their facilities.
- Assist locations in cleaning and prepping storage units and rental trucks.
