Home Manager – Assisted Living
Green Acres of Greenville | Greenville, MI
Green Acres of Greenville is seeking a compassionate, hands-on Home Manager to join our Assisted Living team. This leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading employees while also working alongside staff to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Position Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
- Develop and maintain employee schedules.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support in employee relations and daily operations.
- Assist the Life Enrichment department with resident activities, special events, and community outings.
- Work on the floor alongside caregivers, providing direct care and assistance to residents as needed.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and help ensure quality resident care and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors in an assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or employee relations/Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience with staff scheduling and coordinating daily operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and willing to lead by example while providing hands-on resident care.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
