Direct Care Worker (Part-Time) – All Shifts
Green Acres of Fremont | Fremont, MI
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $16.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $16.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $17.00/hour
- 12-Hour Shifts Available: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, and mobility.
- Follow individualized resident care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting residents' independence and dignity.
- Administer medications after completing paid training.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Willing to work every other weekend and participate in a holiday rotation.
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
