What You’ll Do:
Assess and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs
Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Provide direct patient care and education for residents and families
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited SLP program
Active Maryland SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
